Check the status of your order online!

There are three ways to search for your Ventura Foods Order Information on the site:

1. Search by P.O. - This Search method, available immediately upon entering the site, allows you to specify a single Purchase Order number to pull up your Order(s). Simply type in your P.O. number and Click the "GO" button. It's just that simple!

2. Display All Orders - Allows you to retrieve ALL Orders specific to you and your organization. First, Choose what order-specific date you would like us to use to display your Orders. You may choose the any of the following "SORT BY" values:

Order Date - The Date which you placed your Order(s) with Ventura Foods.

Ship Date - The Date which Ventura Foods scheduled to ship your Order(s).

P.O. Number - The Purchase Order number associated with your Order(s).

Once you've specified your desired "SORT BY" criteria, then tell us how you'd like the data ordered (SORT ORDER). You may choose Ascending or Descending. Finally, click to "GO" button!

3. Advanced Search - Also called "Search By Date," this Search method allows you to specify a date-range and other criteria to find your Order(s).
Here's how to perform this type of search:

1. Choose a "DATE TYPE." This specifies whether you'd like to Search by an Order's "Actual Ship Date," "Scheduled Ship Date," or "Order Date."

2. Choose an "ORDER STATUS." This specifies whether you think the Order has been "SHipped" or is still in an un-shipped or "Open" state.

3. Choose a "SORT BY" type (See "Display All Order" section above for further detail).

4. Choose a "SORT ORDER" (See "Display All Order" section above for further detail).

5. Choose the "FROM" and "TO" dates upon which we will perform your search.

6. Whether you've either entered in all of the information stated above or chosen to accept the default values which we've provided, your final step is to Click the "GO" button!
