A - Your order can be found in one of many ways.
* You are able to search for a specific order by purchase order (P.O.) number.
* Or, if you are looking for an order from a specific time period, you are able to search by date range (ex: 9/9/00 - 9/22/00).
* And, you have the ability to display a list of all your orders and their status.
- Q - How many cases were actually shipped on my order?
A - To view your order status...whether you are inquiring actual shipped quantities, or scheduled ship dates...just click on Ventura's "Order Search" section and review your order status by a master list, or move specifically by P.O. number or order date.
